	Corporate Modelling and Merit to develop new suite of testing tools 29th August 2006 Corporate Modelling in co-operation with Merit, are pleased to announce that the development of a 21st century solution for testing and test management is now under way. With the imminent delivery of the second phase of this project, the solution is now available through Merit for early adopters. Paul Tucker of Merit said “We chose to work with Corporate Modelling because a model-driven solution is required for our industry. Testing systems may need to be tailored for each major project and we needed the flexibility and power of the Corporate Modelling solutions. We expect to be developing a suite of tools of which the first is Test Manager. Test Manager will also be made available to other testing companies and Merit partners, as well as being available directly”. Graham Twaddle of Corporate Modelling said “Incorporating the knowledge from Merit with the power and speed of the Corporate Modelling solutions, Test Manager provides a state of the art solution for defining, managing and planning the testing of complex systems. The solution based on Corporate Modelling technology on top of Microsoft’s .Net platform, allows testing projects to be managed at several levels and deals with process-driven systems, data-driven systems and rules-driven systems, all of which, in the past have proven difficult to test”.
