Launched - The Financial Services Grid Initiative 11th May 2007 ![]() Delivering on its ongoing commitment to assist the financial world by empowering organizations to drive through cost reduction and efficiency increase measures through the use of advanced technologies, Corporate Modelling plc has now launched the Financial Services Grid Initiative. The Financial Services Grid Initiative was developed to provide a utility platform for financial service companies based upon the use of grid technologies as a utility resource. The initiative is open to all hardware vendors, software vendors and third party software houses. The goals of the Financial Services Grid Initiative are to enable organisations to maximise the use of their computer resources in a cost effective and secure manner.
