The first major step of building a business model is in understanding the context and hierarchy in which the company wishes to review its business. Enterprise Improvement Lite allows 11 heirachical levels. These levels could be location, product, telephony/e-channel, yearly/quarterly, etc.
The processes for analysis are then drawn using a familiar Microsoft Visio interface. Along with these process maps, mandatory data is collected regarding the process. The fixed and variable costs associated with the processes are entered into Enterprise improvement Lite, creating the ‘As Is’ scenario. This will be a true reflection of your current organisation from a process, cost, and volume perspective.
Once the "as is" has been approved, the user can create as many "what if" scenarios as wished. The flexibility of the product allows many variations of comparison.
