These levels could be location, product, telephony/e-channel, yearly/quarterly, etc. The processes for analysis are then drawn using a familiar Microsoft Visio interface. Along with these process maps, mandatory data is collected regarding the process. The fixed and variable costs associated with the processes are entered into Enterprise improvement Lite, creating the ‘As Is’ scenario. This will be a true reflection of your current organisation from a process, cost, and volume perspective.
